Access Services, Inc.(ASI), based in Charlotte NC is a full-service staffing agency. The company has been in business since 1996. ASI started out as a commercial janitorial company. Their clients included the likes of Sprint PCS, General Motors, First Charter Bank and the Carolina Panthers to name a few. The recession of 2008 brought decreased margins and lower revenue so the company pivoted and began offering staffing services, primarily to Construction General Contractors and their Subcontractors.
We are large enough to fill any order but small enough to give each client the personal service they deserve.
Access Services Inc. has always been very active in the community. Over the years the company has developed close affiliations with Good Will, Salvation Army, Charlotte Housing Authority and Jacobs Ladder to name a few. Access Services Inc. also partnered with Communities in Schools to introduce Construction as a career option for high school students at Garinger High School. The company’s focus has always been to serve the underserved in our community.
